The 89^th Texas Legislature convened on January 14.  For more than 20 years I have provided regular listings and analysis of bills I thought to be of interest to those involved with nonprofit organizations, foundations and state and national associations. The time has come to step back.  Therefore, no ongoing bill listings will appear here.
